Shipping policy

All items are shipped by Royal Mail.

Standard shipping within the UK is 3-5 working days and up to 10 working days for international. We are not responsible for any delays or additional customs charges.

Tracking numbers will only be sent if you have selected a tracked shipping option (Royal Mail First Class Signed For or International Tracked). If you have not selected a tracked shipping option, we cannot be held liable for any lost orders, but will do our best to offer a solution.
