Where are you based?
Originally from the sunny south-coast of England, now living in the not-so-sunny north-west!
How does custom made work?
If an item is custom made, I make it based on your exact measurements. Before you add an item to your cart, you find some boxes for you to enter your measurements, and you can find a guide on how to measure yourself here. If you ever want to give any more information, you can put this into the 'Special instructions to seller' box which you'll find on your Cart page.
How do I go about requesting a custom order?
First up, check out the Shop By Fabric page and see if you can find what you're looking for! If you're still looking for something different, please drop me an email at customrequests@lottiebounds.com
Do you make children's clothing?
My brand and my products is primarily geared towards adults - I mean why should kids be the only ones to get cute things?! I do however offer a matching mini-me dress option as an add-on, and all of my pocket tees are available in kid's sizes.
How long do I have to wait for my products to be shipped?
Patches and enamel pins are shipped within 3-5 working days*
Pocket tees are shipped with 1-2 weeks
All made-to-order clothing is shipped within 4 weeks unless otherwise stated*
These turnaround times do not include shipping times.
*This excludes pre-orders which will be clearly marked as such.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship from here in the UK all over the world, with both standard and tracked shipping available.
Shipping within the UK takes 3-5 working days, and international orders take 5-7 working days.
Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping caused by the carrier, and also are not responsible for any additional import taxes or fees incurred.
What is your returns policy?
As most of my items are made to order, I may not be able to offer returns or refunds, but please get in touch and we can see what can be done.
What is the Lifetime Repair Guarantee?
As handmade items can be a little more delicate than store-bought clothes, all of my clothing comes with a repair guarantee. This means that if you have any problems with your items, you can return it to me, I will perform any necessary repair work and return it back to you for no cost*. I'm also always happy to do any alterations if needed.
